How stable is 0.2? and where did you get the packs with WEBMs?I see. I'm playing on 0.2 since that is a huge awesome changeWEBMs are def the future for alot of packs (Especially overwatch/league)
As someone else put it, stable enough likely for existing players to play, but likely not the best place for new players to start.
And the answer to the second question is the suggestion that started this conversation chain. Support for most WEBM files has been added, but that does not mean that many, or even any, packs have had them added. And even if they have, there is currently nothing being done by pack makers to let people know that they have been added to a specific pack.
Personally I have not used any yet, and am not likely to do so in the near future, mostly because I have issues with very limited space on my Mega, and I need to avoid the large increase in space used that adding in WEBM would require.

Most of my packs have WEBM files in them, you can find the list with the exact numbers in my mega folder readme.txt
I don't have much time nowdays, but maybe when 0.2 comes out I will update my packs as well as make new ones. Maybe.

Yes, although Ren'Py does not support GIF animation, so it's suggested to use some tool to convert them to webm animation. MP4 support also lacks support for popular codecs, so convert those also.
Also putting in a recommendation for including _BK.ini file, at least for naming and cloning options, and note if you included any beta-test ver 0.2 options in that, which would not be allowed on relatively-stable ver 0.15b.

I'm still busy re-populating my To-Name directory. It's filling up quite nicely. But I've been thinking about how to do this one for a while, and an idea finally hit me, I needed to just do it. The issue is that, after de-duping, she still had over 12K images in her processing folder. That's a ridiculous number to use to build a pack. But the show is freakishly popular, so I knew I wanted to get a pack built somehow.
So the idea was to just arbitrarily cut that down. And it worked quite nicely. I just carved out the last 2K or so from the directory, and processed that. And I ended up with a pretty good pack out of it. I spot-filled a little with specific searches at the end, but didn't need to do that much of it.

As you may (or may not) have seen, depending on how far back in this thread you have looked, I do like to give very detailed pack reviews to new packmakers. My criticism may be a bit harsh, but it's always focused on specific issues and is given in the hopes of improved packs from the new creators. The earlier that bad habits are squashed, the better.
I'll also not that I tend to only go into each issue once, unless there is something else to say. By no means does that mean that the specific pic I use as an example is the only pic that has a given issue.
1) _TRASH (00000).jpg - You really should remove these TRASH pics before you release a set. TRASH pics are ones that you have decided are... trash. They will never be used by the game, and are a waste of storage space and bandwidth.
2) anal grope (00001).jpg - A couple of issues here. Grope is not really correct here. The only girl's butt that is touched is touched by herself. Grope, Fondle, and Finger are specifically for her being touched by someone else. Fondle would be appropriate, though.
3) anal grope (00001).jpg - Same pic, different issue. Anal is not really correct. Anal is about the insertion of a male penis. Or maybe a futani. The back girl appears to be using some sort of magical strap-on, which would not count. Remember that these are for illustrating activity at a brothel, where (almost) all the clientel are male.
4) anal grope (00001).jpg - As mentioned in the last point, Strap-on would be appropriate on this pic.
5) anal spoon (00000).jpg - It absolutely can be hard to tell on some images, but I really think that this one shows vaginal insertion, not anal. There's a trail of cum below the insertion point that really looks to be coming out of her ass.
6) anal spoon grope orgasm (00000).png - Grope is grabbing her butt, Fondle is grabbing her tits. This image should be Fondle, not Grope.
7) beast anal piledriver (00000).png - This catches a lot of first time packmakers. In order to keep bestiality and tentacle porn out of the non-farm portions of the game, when either Beast or Monster are present in a set of tags, no non-farm tags will have effect. This mostly ends up applying to the fixation/phovia tags. In this specific image, Piledriver will never be used, and is pointless.
8) beast service oral (00000).jpg - Beast covers realistic animals. Monster covers more fantasy monsters. In particular, tentacle porn should fall under Monster, not Beast. There is definitely a grey area between the two at times, but this pic is solidly tentacle porn, and thus Monster.
9) big group (00000).jpg - While there can be exceptions, for the most part tentacle porn should be tagged Monster, as mentioned above. This helps keep it out of the normal brothel operations pic rotation. (As a side example, one big exception was my Poison Ivy pack. She controls vines so often, using them as part of her sex play, that I went ahead and left the Monster tag off of a lot of images where she is obviously manipulating vines, not encountering a tentacle monster.)
10) big group buk cumshot (00000).jpg - Also should have the Bisexual tag. If a pic has 2+ males and 2+ females it gets both Group and Bisexual.

11) bisexual naked sex cob lesbian cumshot (00000).jpg - This one is a bit tricky. Bisexual and lesbian are generally mutually exclusive. Lesbian is girls pleasuring each other with no males present. Bisexual is 2+ girls pleasuring each other (or a male) for the enjoyment of a male. The male need not be visible, but his presence should be at least implied. In this pic they are not really pleasuring each other, and the cum dripping on them heavily implies a male is involved in the scene. So this would be Bisexual, but not Lesbian.
12) bisexual naked sex kiss (00000).jpg - Ok. Another with multiple issues. First, as I mentioned in the last item, Bisexual is used when a male customer is implied to be present. There is not really an indication of a male in this scene, so this one would be better as Lesbian instead of Bisexual.
13) bisexual naked sex kiss (00000).jpg - Same image. Sex tag is for image with penetration by a male. Possibly in the recent past (as in item 11 above). With no indication in the scene of a male at all, the Sex tag does not really apply.
14) bisexual naked sex kiss (00000).jpg - Same image. For this issue ignore point #13 and imaging that the Sex tag is fully appropriate. This is is about the Naked tag. The Naked tag is the single most complicated tag in the game, and the hardest to get right for new packmakers. This is in good part because it functions differently in different situations. In non-farm uses it is a modifier tag, modifying the usage of other tags. But you have it used in combination with a sex act tag, Sex. If any of the four main sex act tags are present (Service, Sex, Anal, or Fetish), then Naked is already assumed. So the Naked tag becomes pointless and redundant in the presence of any of those four tags.
15) bisexual service sex constitution sub (00000).jpg - Not sure why this is tagged Constitution. Constitution tagged pics are used for the morning event where the MC encounters the girl exercising. Nothing in this image works with that event IMHO.
16) bisexual service sex fetish oral doggy bondage (00000).jpg - This one is a bit subtle. IMHO collars and leashes are much more about domination/submission than about bondage. So this pic would be more appropriately tagged Sub rather than Bondage.
17) bisexual service sex oral (00000).jpg - Cunnlingus has been added as a fixation/phobia in 0.2, and is present in the latest builds of the tagging tool. It's appropriate here. This is also a good pic for the sixtynine tag, which can sometimes be hard to find appropriate images.
18) bisexual sex cof lesbian oral cumshot (00000).jpeg - Oral sex falls under Service instead of Sex.
19) bisexual sex fetish gag lactation (00000).jpeg - Might be a good pic for the Machine tag. The back girl certainly appears mechanical enough that this could count as a fuck-machine.
20) bisexual sex lesbian finger (00000).jpg - Good pic for Public tag. Also, the Sensitivity tag can be a bit tricky. I like to use gentile Lesbian pics for it. (Showing the girls teaching each other how to touch more sensitively.) This would be a good pic for that.

Not to (re)start the tagging wars, but...
IMO, anal by non-males can also be used to indicate that the girl is okay with it, and thus male penetration may have happened, or may happen, in the near past/future. It's a fine line to walk, and the primary consideration should be 'is it distinctive enough to fit an anal session?' Otherwise, your picture pool will get so diluted there's no real difference between the various sex acts.
Last I recall, 'sensitivity' as a tag was basically 'magic ritual', training 'sensitivity' the stat which is more or less 'good customer service'. And 'sensitivity' might eventually also exist as a farm tag, which will then mean 'pleasuring Gizel the ancient nympho elf witch'. Confusing, huh?

To make this work (Outside of sex act or farm pics) the packmaker should be careful that the Naked tag is present if she is naked. As the current tooltip for Naked says, if she is topless, fully nude, or her genitals or asshole are visible, the Naked tag should be used. These two pics should absolutely have this tag.
23) dancer dance (00000).jpg - This shows that you definitely have an older version of the tagging tool. This doubled wording is a bug that was fixed a good while back.
24) dancer dance (00002).jpg - Definitely needs the Naked tag.
25) dancer dance strip (00000).jpeg - Duplicate image as in item #24.
26) dancer dance strip (00 000).jpg - If I was doing this pack, I would break this into 5 separate images (duplicate, then use simple cropping to trim each down to only one girl.) As it is, this needs the Naked tag, which would limit it to only being used when she is naked. Broken apart, you can have images for profile, for normal dancer, for Libido dancing, and for Naked dancing.
27) deep (00011).jpg, dom (00000).png - Not necessarily wrong, but something to think about. All fixation/phobia tags have one or more parent sex acts. So, do you want the image to only appear in phobia removal training, or do you want it to appear during the appropriate sex act? For the first, the act is Service. The second is Fetish. Depending on when you want it to appear, you may want to add the parent sex act tag.

I'm sure this has been asked many times, but is futanari content planned? I find soooo many great futa pics/videos that I could use.
I think it could fit the game: have a potion or spell that could turn a girl into a futa for a duration (1 sex encounter, a day, or something). Then it would pick from futa tagged pictures for the next session. If there aren't any, just say "the potion had no effect" or something.

I'm not aware of any plans to this effect...
... but Bonanza had a Futanari trait and a potion to temporarily induce that for a few days. No picture support, since I was not going to 'futa' all my packs, but at least there were some mechanical effects to satisfaction (one-on-one with a futa was bad
, but bisexual was improved) and some extra blurbs for the nightly texts.You can try lobbying Goldo, or pulling these changes from Bonanza and making your own mod.
The expanded tag set in the current pic namer tool has a Futa tag. I use the expanded set these days, so my more recent tags use that tag on pics where it is appropriate, but I've never included a lot of futa pic in my pack, and still don't, mostly because there is no place for them in the game.
And that brings up a big issue for adding a Futa event to the game. 1000+ packs that have few, if any futa images in them, and no futa tag support. Yeah, the expanded tag set has a futa tag, but it's only just starting to be used. So a new Futa event would launch with very, very little support in the packs.
