We are a lot better off than we used to be. We used to have no version numbers at all. Now we have them based on the date of release of the given patch. This is how we are able to glance at a posted exception message and tell the poster that they are running an out of date version.Boy, Goldo really hates labeling his version numbers, doesn't he?
Please let us know what exception you're encountering.Nothing works, please upload a full normal working version with the latest fixes.
Or is it supposed to be that exceptions are thrown during dialogs?

So I basically got unlucky and downloaded the patch too early. Oh well, thanks! Also thanks DougTheC for a solution to the lags. GL2 didn't do it for me but Angle2 did.Grab the patch again. As I mentioned above, on occasion Goldo ends up releasing twice in one day because of a critical bug, and you just hit it. It was reported on the BK forum earlier today and he has already released a hot-fix patch. Same patch link as always.

I hate this minigame as wellI don't suppose there is a way to bypass the ninja minigame is there?
All the background instrumentals are good. I'm not talking about the sounds just to be clear.I imagine it's been pilfered from various sources. Some tracks have artists listed, even.
Since I don't think there's any kind of coherent source, your question is pretty meaningless unless you specify a track.
The fact that a lot of these values are templates used to populate default values when building game data. I.e. no effect until you start a new game. What am I missing here?
Too bad the search engine for this site is balls and you have to input very specific keywords in order for anything to show up even remotely related to what you're looking for. I did manage to find the console command for it, since again, modifying the settings .rpy does nothing. The fact that a lot of these values are templates used to populate default values when building game data. Instructions for how to change certain values - specifically brothel capacity - for an ongoing game have been posted multiple times, both here and on HHS.
I also don't know what you're about re starting gold. Changing that very much works for me.
Edit: BTW, you very much can upgrade your brothel as far as it can go, story or no story. The only block you might encounter are some of the more obscure chapter 2 -> chapter 3 story requirements.
