Side question for goldo or anyone else - with HHS down, anyone have a download link to a girl pack editor for 2.0? Also, are there any differences in terms of which tags we can use/how they work?
Most tagging changes for 0.2 are optional (obviously it's important that old packs keep working as intended)You must be registered to see the links+You must be registered to see the links
The most significant changes as far as I can recall:
- Introduction of location tags: "beach", "nature", "town"
- "beach" tag is most significant/important new tag. If your girlpack has at least one "beach" picture an optional beach event may trigger for her (and the event tries to use "beach" plus several sub-tags such as "wet" or sex acts, so it's always good to have more extensively tagged "beach" pictures)
- Every location in the city has a location tag associated with it to be used in conjunction with "profile". If you tag a picture "nature" + "profile" for example then it'll show up if your girl appears a free girl in the Magic Gardens.
- Not sure if "hurt" was a tag before 0.2? It's used when she loses a fight, or when you find your girl after she has escaped, or in combination with "rest" when she's resting on the farm or recovering from being attacked.
- "market" (+ "profile", + "naked") is used for girls in the slavemarket
- "advertise" is displayed when your girl is trying to lure customers into the brothel
- "date" is used when you visit a girlfriend in the city.
- "freq_highest", "freq_high", "freq_low", "freq_lowest" can be used to tweak the likelyhood of a certain picture showing up when it is one of many eligible pictures.
- All other unfamiliar tags you may see in the tagging tool after applying the 2.8 patch are what we call "extended tags". These include almost every conceivable category which has the potential to be widely supported; even things such as "pregnant" and "futanari". These tags are mostly not in use by the game - and I wouldn't expect them to be, since Goldo wants to ensure that tagging remains relatively simple to get into. That being said, they could be used by mods in the future. Trait King uses some of them.
