you can build a kitchen if you look at the laptop, the "build..." tab

That's where I looked but it never appeared as an option in the build menu

There is help section on MC's laptop.
You must also capture more brothels in other areas to get more girls that can help you and then you must become a B then A trainer to advance your girls.

It would be great if more were added later, but for now there aren't as many as there are rooms.

The money grind becomes pretty much nothing after a while and you get a few brothels without damaging their brand value
