How do I get the Latte Café and the Hotel?

You build it in the same manner are all of the other add on features. Go to the PC, click on Manage Brothel...


Then Click on Build...


This screen will appear...


Meeting Room is circled in the image as it is leftover from another explanation. For your question Click on Restaurant, then build what you need. There are multiple build items in each section of the screen above. You will also see a new icon for the casino once you have the option to build that. Remember to go back into every section built after building to set them up for the type, i.e. Elite, Popular, Alternative... your choice of preference but I choose some of all three to get points into everything... for example, I set my kitchen to elite, the girls "entertainment" to popular and the pianist to alternative. I have similar settings throughout all builds, some of each with a few more set to elite to draw in the high dollar clients.

There are some other settings I have shown and would be happy to show you as well. But, I'm off to pay my rent right now. I'll be back again later. If you liked this and want to see more, just ask. I enjoy this game, have been rather successful with it and am always happy to help.

I couldn't replicate that here. Is it one specific animation or every animation?: The way that "casual sex" animations are set up, the first one of the day will be an infinite loop and the second one will be a cutscene followed by a static image.

Don't keep messing with it and don't delete any files. It's not a bug. I addressed this issue in a manner the dev understood and will be repairing the derp in the next update. Hope this helps you too, my friend. Adventure ever on, Phat

To the person who just posted two images of the properties with debts to settle...

The red text explains it. You need to add one courtesan room for each property for a total of 2 more rooms. I see the post has been deleted so I hope you figured that out. If you need help, just ask. I'm usually on F95 3-5 times per day.

Managementy games aren't really my thing, but I didn't mind this, especially as the dev is chill about cheating. The raids were an interesting idea though it's kinda annoying you've gotta get xp for the girls again if resetting their perks to match a new setup.

Kinda wish rather than getting that business ladies daughter I coulda taken Hannah as my wife, she's my favourite, haha. It'd be nice to get the fuck the wife when she's heavily pregnant, not just when she's lightly pregnant. Hopefully we can get a second wife too just so I can mix their personalities (and I'd like to see that shape your interactions with them more).

The pianist and bunny girl are missing from the girls you can visit in their rooms. Also once you've gotten them up to level 2 you seem to be able to go over the 40 limit (my Hannah is at like 100/40 or something).

Not sure the point of being able to go out the front of the place, nothing seems to happen there unless I missed something.

I guess the business lady is a futa, outside of that they don't seem to get mentioned, I'd like to hire one in the future.

certain events happen outside the building so it's needed to go outside. I actually prefer this game as opposed to the games Crimson Rouge and Void Club Management as both can feel exhausting at times and more like an annoying grind for very little reward. also I'm sure the developer will add another potential wife in the future but is currently focusing on the business gameplay atm. all in all, this game is a solid 5 for me

After that, there's nothing to do but open brothel and sleep 50x till you have 10m to buy the 1st business, after about 15x I got bored and quit. The developer should add a 'Courtesans 2' page to the phone which appears after the brothel upgrade, so we can level them up while saving the 10m.

you could still raise the revenue from all girls
mine are around 30.00 revenue

Also, take out negative effects of glory hole. Negative effects are kind of pointless in save games, because players will just save, then reload if they get a negative effect. so all it really accomplishes is slowing down the pace of the game.
