some bugs I've encountered
denise loses 8 points in handjob after bar event (foursome)
advertising agency - bonus upkeep costs only gets added after hire staff member. if you hire them first and then buy the bonuses, you never have to pay for it.
cctv - julia - client M.A. futa fellatio (O) adds 16 points to Alt instead of 8 to Oral (if this is intended, you should consider to change that for zoe too)
cctv - client M.A. can appear at julia and zoe at the same time
cctv - ayaka - sideway creampie (G) adds 16 points to (H) instead of 8 to (G)

I accepted the witches offer and gave up the troop leader. for the porn specialization but there is no "tutor button" in the office I tried setting up meetings in the board room but that only established raids in the industrial district. I tried checking to see if anything needed building but there are no options for a studio or something. what am I missing? or is this a bug?

You cannot meet the condition actually. Its checking for something that doesn't exist.
But you can easily change this.
Use an editor like notepad++
open file
customscreens1.rpy
in BrothelMegacorporation-0.27-pc\game
go to line 591 and change
if mc_train_spec_porn_unlock == 0 and flag_witch_MIA == 0:
to
if mc_train_spec_porn_unlock == 0:
save, start your game, load your save.
Tutor button should appear the next day.
Or just use the file I added.
Rename or replace your file.
Thanks for the help. I suspected it was a bug, but I wasn’t sure. I played version 24 or 25 about a year ago, back then everything worked fine.

I don't see any options to build anything other than the rooms and the reception. How does building a bar become possible for example. I'm sure I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find it.

Any idea how to progress the story after the cow farm?
I can't upgrade my hotel unless I the marriage arrangement but I can't find an option for this on the companion app or the coproration. If there are more event that I have to wait, I can't find them as I've even took holidays to have the time pass faster.

Its not about time but taken over other districts is the trigger for the marriage arrangement.

I've claimed the entire map, the farm was the last one availabe and I got to build the breeding farm there too and get a few companions pregnant. Not sure why it never appeared.
Is it definately in the companion app?
Looking at cheat scores list, I'm missing the business upgrade which requires the mariage plan and some business events.

So you are cheating?
Cheating can block triggers from going off as they should.
Once you get to a certain point in the game the one who gave you a chance will set up the first marriage to one of ITS daughters.
Don't remember how the 2nd marriage is set up but it should have came after reaching another point in the game.

Cheating other than money is a big risk of breaking the game.
But if you are set on it get 2 programs, 1 Unren helps look up variables and 1 to make changes to the game while in the game.

There are a ton of aspects about this game that I absolutely love, both from a setup and a sex standpoint. But there is zero way I'd ever be able to progress through it without cheating, because there are aspects that are so far over my head that I just do not understand them with regards to the business and raids.

At first just work day to day using money to increase MC's stats.
You need a lot of money to go after other brothels and districts so just take your time building up cash.
Don't worry just keep playing day to day building up that cash.
Once you get about 100 million build up then use this slowly.
Keep your staff 1/1 and upgrade 1 at a time on "Grade" until you can figure out how to use it.
As you can see I'm at 100000 and I am making 100's of billions for it.
Just slowly move it up and just take your time on it.
As for "Raids" you need 1 good support stats and then your group of fighters.
