I've claimed the entire map, the farm was the last one availabe and I got to build the breeding farm there too and get a few companions pregnant. Not sure why it never appeared.
Is it definately in the companion app?
Looking at cheat scores list, I'm missing the business upgrade which requires the mariage plan and some business events.

So you are cheating?
Cheating can block triggers from going off as they should.
Once you get to a certain point in the game the one who gave you a chance will set up the first marriage to one of ITS daughters.
Don't remember how the 2nd marriage is set up but it should have came after reaching another point in the game.

Cheating other than money is a big risk of breaking the game.
But if you are set on it get 2 programs, 1 Unren helps look up variables and 1 to make changes to the game while in the game.

There are a ton of aspects about this game that I absolutely love, both from a setup and a sex standpoint. But there is zero way I'd ever be able to progress through it without cheating, because there are aspects that are so far over my head that I just do not understand them with regards to the business and raids.

At first just work day to day using money to increase MC's stats.
You need a lot of money to go after other brothels and districts so just take your time building up cash.
Don't worry just keep playing day to day building up that cash.
Once you get about 100 million build up then use this slowly.
Keep your staff 1/1 and upgrade 1 at a time on "Grade" until you can figure out how to use it.
As you can see I'm at 100000 and I am making 100's of billions for it.
Just slowly move it up and just take your time on it.
As for "Raids" you need 1 good support stats and then your group of fighters.

I have the same issue. I built the lobby, but I don't have a reception desk (when I visit the lobby), and the receptionist won't train, she is still rank E 0/100, and train button is greyed out.
Does someone have a clue? Maybe I should edit a save file and "cheat" to make the reception available? Unless I am missing something obvious? (my hotel is already level 2)

You don't have the girl that can fill it yet so just keep playing and it will come.
As you take over districts you gain more girls and some of them have special jobs.
You must also get a specialist to go for that "Special" job.

I thought it was supposed to be Julia, since her "special skill" is "receptionist". I also thought that having paid for the lobby, I would have the reception desk. I will keep playing then, and see where that leads me
EDIT: somehow I could level up (to C) two other ladies, and now the "train" button for "special" for Julia is available. I don't know what I did, but now it works! Thank you kindly!

You don't have the 2 specialist yet so you need to train up your girls special stat.

No that is just a "pro" jerk thrown into the game.
Only armature was suppose to be in that game but the dev put in a "Pro".

For the expertise, is it only 3 now or it's 4 already? because i just unlocked the bdsm, porn and breeding. Meanwhile there is 4 panels for the expertise.
Cant wait for futa to be added. Also hoping More virgins get added i think I had like 11 or 12 girls and only 1 virgin outside the wife's. Also hopeing our futa gets the option to be a virgin so we can see others take our virginty maybe via a futa wife or a futa girl you unlock so it matchs the not selling it lore.. Also if more stuff gets added to the specitly trees maybe make it a exp system where doing said actions give exp that unlock points at threshold holds that way you can just freely change your specialty. Only noticed 2 glitches where when you reset specialty you keep skill and go negative in points and other then the wife threesome the wife affections got stuck in a loop with no end button don't know if thats for everyone or just because of cheats though.
