Use 8 waitresses, you don't need more, and completely fill with dancers, 3 isn't enough a session due to nonsense mechanics, mechanics are, on the dance floor x3 dances on stage and another lap dance spot, you need 4 or more a session, buy every dancer, 10-12, then upgrade them via personnel to whores after, because the last 2 spots on the dancefloor are whores. You see this on topless and lingere nights 3 on stage, 2 more spots right and left. Makes 7 a session. Except the back two left and right are for whores. You waste time with 4, but one will lap dance if 4 a session. They still don't striptease? Mechanics or more whore upgrades. Maybe? At least they're all topless after whore upgrade constantly. Instead of only the whore/dancers topless prior to whore rooms.
Satisfaction climbs, otherwise I was stuck on your rating with x3 dancers a sessions. Even 8 waitresses are too many. I am constantly told a waitress is useless. You only need x7 waitresses, and they have a bunch of rivalry. I used 8 waitress and every dancer I could buy, and then I upgraded them to whores. I'll probably upgrade a waitress to a maid, using 7.
It's bug the game. I am not making the best rooms for whores, boring.
