I would try to run the game from somewhere more friendly named: like D:\Games\Buchicome.
Heck, even your user names may contain special characters (before the '\Downloads' part) which may fuck things up. The star symbol and ! don't help either, even if they should technically be manageable; though you could never know.

Delete your current copy, redownload it and run the game. Don't run the language patch in the file.

Also, the high kick is only valid if it strikes him in the face. You can actually "speed-run" the game by simply kicking him in the head when he gets in range repeatedly.

You have to actually take her back to oji-san's house. When you finish, literally as in cumming, you get a "game over" screen showing the girl on the ground. You should have an option, right arrow, to go back to his house. Should unlock it from there. The other arrow just ends the game and goes back to the title.

Thing is, the incident happened when he was 0 health(ik about the unkillable oji san). I did spam high kick but he blocked everytime, especially compared to jabs, the kicks are very slow and consume a lot of stamina.
