It is not abandoned until now. There is a medium chance that the next update will come out. It takes time and the former game at least got two updates.
They have a discord and post screenshots of ongoing progress, and are hoping to release a new version in the next few days.

tbh i knew the other game will be abandoned sooner or latter, adding so much content paraller content into one game is just too ambitious, might as well just make a blacked and bleached game separetly

Ran through it and it's still a buggy mess. A shame, the idea is good, and despite what many think I don't actually think there's many good games with this kink.
He just editted the content that's already been there. Could still play Blacked or Bleached, and it'd be the same thing.
In general, updating some porn scenes on a game's laptop and having an MC watch his girlfriend masturbating isn't even worth calling an update. This game wouldn't even have a following if someone else made an effort to do the "group of people corrupts a neighborhood" approach without turning it into a cartoon.
