Place a .png file with the same name as the missing file into the correct location and it will work, won't be whatever image the dev intended but at least you can get past that part of the game that way.

AFAIK it should run with Joiplay or Joiplayer as its a RPGM game. I've seen two android ports, but both have issues and bugs.
nvm I found an online Archive Extractor to turn it into a Compressed zipped folder and was able to extract all the files

did you use windows' built in zip extract? You should use 7-zip instead, so the archive doesn't get corrupted.
Not really, you can save whenever you want, with or without a Dagon Ball. You just need to find the correct turtle.
