Yeah, that is a pure map event error (can be fixed with editing the game in rpgmaker mv), there is an autorun event and something blocks the movement path set for that event, it can easily be fixed if you have the rpgmaker software to open & edit the map files with.
Place the file within the included rar file to the game's data folder and see if that helps getting through that point.
Make a backup of the original just in case though.

That did fix the problem, however it didn't get translated. I am sure it not a big deal. Thanks for pointing out the issue and possible solution to resolve the issue.
