I replayed 3 times to make it work. What worked in the end is to focus completely on Tony, act submissive and choose private humiliation (ass). The cellar scene only has a choice between Tony (panties off) and the other guy (panties on). So if there's one with all three, then I could not get that.

EDIT: Looking at the images and movies, I call BS on Allamante's post above. There's no pictures like that and the attachment above is not from the game. There's no radio or anything, just the choice in the save file I provided. So as it stands, the scene in the cellar is a simple choice between Tony and the other guy.

not sure but when I opened this save, its in the house party scene and when I kept playing with it I still couldnt get the basement scene.

I don't know why everyone is so hellbent on getting the BDSM scenes... If you didn't get there likely it wasn't your flavor. I remember with Tony there started to develop a choice wether you want Lara to be submissive or use him for her career and stay in control. I found second option much more appealing and what I got this update could be considered not a lot of content, but it seems it only left as a cliffhanger and I will get my flavor choice content later which is fine if it's gonna be done well. Personally I don't want Lara to become some helpless puppy, I want her to advance her career using her strengths (sex appeal, charm, cunning) and be the sexy fun wife MC always secretly wanted (in my mind :D).
