Seems fair that that could be one ending possibility depending on choices made but looking more like its going the ending we are more or less forced into.Its patently, glaringly, obvious that dev is leading all decisions, whether NTR or Non-NTR path, towards "the big reveal".
Players are being trapped by their decisions thus far, and will face the ultimate decision of whether to leave the relationship with Lara, or continue along a path that is predefined by dev (because of your choices).
The timeline does not alter, no matter which path you follow, there are no "alternate" scenarios that overlap any others. You simply miss something else. All scenes occur in a sequence, affecting the outcomes of all other choices.
