It would be nice a +18 game with a so good and inmersive story that you don't care about sex scenes, you are just waiting for the next drama and skip the sex.

Honestly it's a very rare thing, but i have one in mind that imo fits in this category - check signature

This game(BB) is not bad story wise, but i found myself using the skip function, so for me it might be better for sure.
