I was being sort of facetious here, but it really is an odd choice by the dev to deliberately portray the MC (on non-cuck paths) as inadequate at Teh Sex. It may make sense on a playthrough where Lara is fucking around, but otherwise the quickshot MC leaving disappointed women in his wake seems to clash with the rest of the story.
