Hardware issue is unlikely (RTX4090 + 7950X3D) and VLC and other video software do play them without issue

Maybe its the codec i'm using AV1, next public update i will offer a compressed version with V9, that should fix that problem.

Dont keep sounds at 0, use scrollbar and increase the volume. I dont have this issue and I failed to replicate it (and to adjust code accordingly), but I know that for some having sounds muted prevent playing webm files.

Ren'Py by default plays WebM animations using the sound channel. If the player sets the sound channel volume to 0, Ren'Py can interpret this as muting not just audio, but the entire playback of WebM animations.

If there is any tech renpy guru here to advice how to keep optionality to increase and decrease sounds for animations... and at the same time avoid this issue, let me know.

There are 3 different possible choices between Lara/MC after neighbour's hot-tub scene, not just the angry one. Each one leads to a different relationship dynamic. There are many similar path-points in the game. These choices occur whether its NTR/on/off.

Mixing routes is a definite no-no, in any game. That just fucks up the player experience, making choices meaningless. The bold quote is a bad idea. (The NTR-freaks would freak out) The italicised one has been suggested, but would also lead down different paths. (and it should be Lara's feelings that matter not Tony, as he is the antagonist, she is the FMC) Dev obviously couldn't handle it, so it has been ignored.

If a choice is to mean anything, then the path that follows that choice should have different content or consequences. A good dev would spend equal amounts of time on each content/path. Plenty of them manage just that, very successfully.

This dev is not one of those at this point, because only one path is being worked on to any great extent, with the others just getting a sprinkle of a few seconds here and there. Hence the disappointment by anyone not following that one path.

well, I mean give players more choices while mixing sharing/NTR path with exclusive path(based on MC's relation status with different characters). Not simply separating NTR and non-NTR paths at the beginning of story.

Yeah it's very out of place on the non-ntr route. She agrees to dress a very specific way for Tony, the guy she has fought off the entire game on that route. And then For some Reason Tony thought she would also go along with his idea when she has refused every thing he has tried before.

At some point in the story the Developer just needs to drop Tony on the non-NTR route as it's just overdone and getting ridiculous the amount of times you need to turn the same guy down.

yeah, tony should be out at some point in non-ntr path. and there should be some "cumslut-subby" kink stuff in Lara's non-ntr path.

I did not like the LI in Babysitter and disliked forced things with her. So I will say I'm glad that character did not return.

I was a little surprised Jessica returned in this game and now Silver is apparently moving in nearby, since it implies a "canon" ending for the first one. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if Christine makes a cameo at some point, but probably won't have any lewds.

On that note, how much do we want to bet Silver is being set up as a potential NTR antagonist for Jessica and/or Jane?

We all know where the game is heading unfortunately....SilverxTonyxLara spit roast in 3....2....and can guarantee that shit will happen before any cuckquean or Dr. Wick content. Become just like the first game, a true NTR game dressed up as something else with some crux to others to try and appease everyone. Just look at all the endings of the first game...
