many game here have an update after update and are still looking like version 1.0

Why there isn't any ass to mouth scenes or bdsm scenes with lara for MC? Is MC too soft to handle lara in a basement? That's why I have very little opinion about optional NTR games. These games treat MC as less softer to handle hardcore sex and more good to handle romantic scenes. That's bulsshit and unfair to non ntr fans who love hardcore stuff to the core even with main Love interests, especially with girlfriend or wife.

My complaint is not just about this game but all the other optional ntr games where MC is viewed as less soft than other NTR guys. It's like a trend going.

Why shouldn't he? BDSM can be consensual too and MC is already dominative with the girls if we take the choices that led to it. So, why not go extra mile and make it bdsm also.

That's exactly why, your idea of the MC would be something completly new in this game and wouldn't be compatible with the MC.
Beside that it takes waaaaaay too much time to have a update for this game without adding further kinks that would slow down the dev time.
But if you are looking for games with actual BDSM use the search function instead of asking to add new flavours to a established game...
