I, and I think many others, agree with this.
To put it more plainly, Tony's character (and his machinations) should have no business at all appearing in the non-ntr paths, unless for "discovery" purposes (meaning that Lara's infidelity is found out, not that Tony is somehow important otherwise)
In fact, the "missing" parts of Lara's story should be fleshed out in the non-ntr paths, to replace the missing times where she is engaged with Tony in the NTR path, not some weird "oh, she is at a late meeting" bullshit that is currently there.
If players wanted any scenarios giving hints that Lara is just a cheating sub-slut, they would be playing the ntr path anyway.
The meetings with the counsellor would go differently, many scene dialogues would change.
But no, the dev wants us all just to play the non-ntr path as though the ntr is obviously still part of the story. And I mean obvious, real obvious.

Glad to know I am not the only one.

I get the feeling the NTR route was written first and the non-NTR was retconned afterwards and the amount of Tony remnant is a result of trying to maximize what they already had in preference to writing something brand new or just cutting it out and making the game shorter. That said, for me, the the amount of Tony content is only just tolerable and only because the rest of the game is quite good.

Then I see some people a few comments up saying "more Tony" and just the possibility made me shudder.

I do get some amount Tony as the antagonist for MC and *occasional* sex pest for Lara. If so he probably will be around till the end but I will be very disappointed if he isn't destroyed at the point on the non-NTR path. However, in the mean time we are already getting way more of him than we need for those purposes.

But I have NTR OFF and I still see more of him than seems judicious. I understand him showing up at the hotel room or the house if you have NTR ON (because Lara is permissive due to his extortion and blackmail) but if you aren't playing that pathway it is quite an implausible amount of Tony.

I thought when he showed up uninvited at the house it was paving the way for him to get some comeuppance finally. Smashed by the MC or even John, berated by Lara, humiliated by the young women. Something. And then that could led to some work place tension that wasn't just about him continually trying to get in Lara's pants for a change.

But nope. Just more Tony content because, I assume, it was in there for the NTR fans who clamorred for more Tony.

I agree with you, I don't like Tony and NTR if off on my gameplay. What I read in the comments here is that apparently many patreon's supporters like Tony so when they vote they vote for him. Dev has to do what the money wants (maybe even share the idea of Tony being the replace of MC) but to be honest this guy should dissappear from the game.

Problem is, Tony would be much more accepted if he wasn't so ugly and decrepit-looking. As it stands, it's the classic "wife's boss" scenario, and that is what many like. Some even find his UOB (Ugly Old Bastard) look as a bonus; it is what it is.

I would prefer if he was someone more classically handsome, as the situation feels more threatening then, but I'll take what I can get.

imma just say this cause it needs to be said, i dont like tony, he always looks like mary on a date with ted after using his left over hair gel to fix her hair(theres something about mary, its a movie look up the hair gel reference from it if you dont get it).

everything about the dude is gross. no matter how one chooses to look at the sex scenes with tony, being grossed out does not arouse me. ive banged a few fat girls in my life, and some i even found to be ugly. but ive never been able to convince myself to have sex that grossed me out. i dont jerk off to things that gross me out.

dont misunderstand me, there are things im sure im totally into that gross people out. im talking strictly from my personal perspective here. tony is a no go, all his scenes even clothed and laura loyal cuckquean route, dont like.

and i gotta give it to the dev, such great work making a completely fictional character that can be so controversial in so many ways. stories need realistic characters like that. and in real life woman do cheat on their husbands with completely gross guys that make no sense what so ever.

but the tony hate is justified. and there are too many scenes with him. but his character needs to stay in the story.

it’s fucking hilarious how pathetic and persistent he is, if you’re not playing on his route…Mans just keeps showing up and trying it on, only to keep getting shut down…over…and over, and over again…:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I hope I can see him get knocked tf out by the MC at some point man…dude is fucking annoying af…:LOL:

Only thing better in my opinion would be for Lara to do the knocking out on her own. Just to rub extra salt in the wound. :ROFLMAO:
