It's unclear if you can be with both long-term still, but even if so it's not incest to be in separate relationships with two related people. It would only be incest if they both did stuff with each other.

I can understand devs that depend on that income being cautious since it's still uncertain exactly how far this will go. But yes, so far it's focused on mostly shovelware games with non-con or incest with questionable consent featured prominently.
