I had the same issue. It seems an option appears when you click on your home during the day (pink house) every so often to continue the route.

It seems so but every time after this I got the error and can't progress further.

what different between Patreon Version and Itch.io Version ?

supposedly itch.io version have incest which should change the relation from lorraine from landlady to mom. i doubt its like that because i deleted the folder from appdata, started to play from scratch and the name landlady still noticeable so i really don't understand why they said patreon version and itch.io version if they are gonna say the same dialogue.

I will try this game again because its been more than 6 months since I last played it.

I downloaded both versions and they are different at the start at least.

So Threesome scene and good end walkthrough it is HERE:
1.First in first you not need work in skyscraper just click Lorraine and Lily house between.
2.After the Treesome way choise coming up at Lilly garden say: YES and begin the threesome way:
You can impregnate Lorraine if you enough rp and enough dp ( many times do it mess in kitchen).
3. Just after last treesome scenes click at night she's bedroom and after she is appears in a nightgown, choise just lets fuck up.
-If you coise impregnate her, the secound scenne it is how she's belly is bigger.

Saying and doing nice things gives you RP, building your relationship
Insulting characters, being rude, making them feel down builds their degradation.
