Been following the game since day one. The gay/trap content has been there nearly since inception, it's clear the Dev (DLGB) planned for that content and it's part of their overarching vision. It's open-minded and equal opportunity in its "bad guy" approach.
From my perspective, it looks as though the Dev is having fun exploring the story, the characters, the VN medium, and the RenPy engine. They also update relatively regularly, the renders are good (albeit derivative), and the game is not a buggy mess. For a game that I'm not paying for, that's quite a lot of positives.
I can understand why there are those who want the game to subscribe to their own personal preferences and kinks -- and there is nothing wrong with those players who have their own likes and dislikes -- but this game has been tagged 'gay' and 'trap' for over a year. Despite how loud they cry, they do not speak for every player, and moreover, it's far too late to throw money at the Dev and demand they change their entire concept.
Constructive criticism is one thing, insofar as it respects the Dev and seeks to help them improve on their creation in accordance with their vision or is in response to feedback requested by them. Pounding the table is not constructive. It's just whinging.
If a player is here in this thread, now, I suggest they either decide to be along for the ride or they should go look for other games that better suit their tastes. It's F95zone: there are so very, very many games to choose from.
TLDR; the game is what it is, it's what the Dev wants it to be, please get over it, can we get back to enjoying the game for what it is and what we'd like to see next?
