That isn't what the cheating tag is for right now, but judging by the in-game character profiles that is very much the future plan for several of the bad guys' wives, girlfriends, daughters, mothers, etc.
but FFS add animations to the incest stop leaving them out or picking and choosing who gets what and fucken the rest over to clicky clicky BS should be they all (minus the side ladies they could do without if you have to leave some out ) or none at all get it.
ye the update kinda messed something up, the daughter became mother and the mother became landlady

When you right click while playing the game to bring up the save menu on the left there is a relationship button. Click it and then the portrait of MC and you can alter everything.
Thanks for the response, but I've already tried that. On the image below, clicking on the option for both Nicknames and Relationships just changes the relationships of the characters and none of there names.
Enter only "Twin", as this tag [asr] is also used in combination with "[asr]-[sn]" for "Twin-Sister" or "[asr]-[bn]" for "Twin-Brother".
