is anyone finding the in game guide less and less helpful, like parts of it are buggy, and incomplete or jut don't show up?
Yeah, there really need to be more Tags. When I look at Tits alone, you only have "small tits" and "big tits". And sometimes you see the Tag "big tits" for something like C-Cups, because anything which is not flat is then labelled "big tits", while someone who likes "big tits" might think that this game has too big tits, so something like "massive tits" and "medium tits" should be a thing.
Some with fake-looking tits or natural tits. There are games here which clearly feature big tits, but they look fake because the Dev prefers it that way, but with a proper tag you would get less people who search for "big tits" who would complain about the fake-looking tits.
I like that Cabin of the Lake features tits this big, it makes it unique and it is a huge turn-on for me, but I can see why some people dislike it, even if they are into "big tits".
(I have never written the word "tits" more often in my life)
A small bug report - the Peek path in the Brushing Carla's hair scene never shows as "seen" even after you select it. I'm trying to do a 100% run and it's bothering me as I want the satisfaction of going through all the scenes at the end and seeing that every option has been taken.
As someone who has been down the 100% clear guide path you will find a few of these, they are known, and they have been distinctly left in the game by the dev despite people mentioning them repeatedly. The fact they all revolve around 1 character either directly or by connection to that location and she has several unique reactions to loops or player actions she should have no awareness of it is all likely connected to the overarching plot and not a series of coincidental bugs.
Oh ok, that's interesting. I guess at least there is some confirmation of the intentionality of it, rather than it just being a dumb bug (which I'm far more used to on this site).

I know the feeling, I'm the kind of guy who winces in pain whenever I see Haily.
It's kept me from this game for years.
But that really, really, was a mistake, because this game has a horrible UI and chugs with all the triggers and flags that are going on, but it's incredibly engaging and rich in detail in every way that connects game and story in way that can only come from someone who loves their work.
Trying to see how many and which achievements and corruption breaks I can do at once, so that I fit as many as possible into one run has been incredibly rewarding. And the shit happening at high corruption levels and multiple repeats of the same actions has been nothing short of amazing.

What can I say about this game? A lot. Constantly being updated and the dev is wonderful. The game offers a lot of content. I highly recommend this game.
Anyone suddenly have a problem with the game not startng? Downloaded 44d, I try to run the exe, it gives me the progress bar and then exits.
Works if I delete the persistent file from the saves folder, but then I lose all that history of seen dialogue and cant fast forward anymore.

You could go to the Cabin by the Lake itch.io site and post your issue and Nunu should reply
If you had my issue where you use the PC version, start the game, it shows the Cabin by the Lake loading bar but shows this
Then this is the fix
start-> run->%appdata% enter
then go into renpy and delete the "cabinbythelake" folder then try to start it

The best way to report bugs is in the discord server in the channel dedicated to it.
No need to go to itch, Nunu comes to F95 pretty frequently.
I know the odds are pretty low, but is there any possibility that Bess will be able to join the reunion? Even if she's an add on to Haily's Max Corruption, or hell, even an added Corruption to Max level Cassidy considering she's the one who goes to get Haily.
It'd be nice to see Bess hanging with everyone.

And I do agree, while going to Nunu's Discord is a better way, ask your questions on Nunu's itch.io first so that either Nunu or myself can help. If it requires a more hands-on approach, then you may take it to Discord. If you want to join the Discord cabin to hang out, then you are more than welcome to join us on Discord.
