The first time I played a few versions ago I gave up after trying for 15 loops and barely getting any scenes.
I had no idea what to do and the guide didn't helped much.
Did the game got a bit clearer on what to do/how to unlock stuff?

Fortunately (although sadly) there there isn't a progression to C5 yet for Alex which is both the cause of this problem and why it shouldn't be a real problem for you as well.
As for any patches, presumably they are getting over downloaded from being on google drive. There isn't a huge amount I can do about that though, I don't control the patch, and I'm not allowed to solve the issue myself.
As for if the game is clearer, the progress updates (bug aside) had a huge overhaul that should make it much easier to progress through the game.

Is it possible to not choose to make the breasts massive in game? or even choose make them smaller, or change other parts? I saw transformation tag and people talking about BE. What is the extent of it?
So basically after some time you restart the game from the very beginning or is it possible to open all the paths in a single walkthrough?

You'll be making avid use of the skip function and will progressively unlock more interactions as you go along. It is absolutely impossible to get even close to everything done in one loop.

I understand it can be a little bit rough at the start for newer players now that there seems to be more potential options near the beginning. Basically, the idea is that you unlock a more generalized world corruption through seeing specific events. You will also unlock character specific corruption by seeing events related to said characters. I recommend you focus on Alex (the readhead) first since she has the most content, especially early on. Try using the flowchart (can be found on the right side) to explore conversation paths you haven't seen yet.
It's not the type of game where the loop will look entirely different just because you've progressed a little bit. It's more of an iterative process.
Very great update so far Nunu! Still, I didn't have seen any new content, especially the hidden ones, but I need to say that I love your eye of detail for Alex BJ-given-counter. On C3 and C4 of her there was, for every BJ she has giving you in the forest, a slightly different dialoge. The only missing one is a different of dialog between the 4. and 5. one.
Also a huge thanks for adding more BE into the game, basically there can't be enough for it, but I have a very high anticipation for the C1 to C4 content of the other girls and therefore to see very different scenes and conversations between the girls depending on their own Corruption level.
Also found a "bug"? If you have the watch and you choose to use it for evil on Jenny or Lina then Cassidy will punish you. But there are two options to be evil and if you use both options on the same weekend than the game immediately went back to the main menu. Cassidy has a different dialog at the second "incident", so I think normally the game should be progressing further.

As for saved games, the debug cheats let you unlock basically all the content instantly? I never really get why people ask for them.
