There's formal writing (which I'm all too-known for), and there's Artificial Intelligence writing.
If you're using it to translate yourself... sure, I guess. Tell it in it's memories (if you're using smth that has that) to remain faithful to your style of writing. Because this is painfully AI.

I don't think you should show the MC's face, it ruins immersion. And I don't know why other people are asking for it, there's already way too many games that show the MC's face, yet they always want more, like the pro-immersion people aren't even allowed to have one game.
This game should have been a harem in all honesty the signs were all there the love interests so far are amazingly well done and I'm just kind of sad even though I don't normally play harem games I would have loved for this one to have a harem option. The game otherwise besides that obvious thing is totally amazing though. I genuinely love it so far. I do dislike people not wanting to show the mc though that is annoying when there is no one but some black shadow. It reminds me of the stupid CAW's on the old wwe video games and that's a no bueno for me.
Question? Is there any future romance with vega or is she just a one off intro character? Because that would be pretty disappointing for me since I like her character more than any other female love interest by far.

The idea behind Caerlin: Rising is that the story is about… rising. And part of that is the cost of rising. Drawing attention, getting into trouble, the system pushing back and trying to erase you. And, of course, losing relationships too, because not everyone is willing to look past the surface.
If it were a harem, it would take away the agency of other characters, their ability to decide whether they want to rise alongside someone or not.

In this Chapter 5, I added a CG where the MC is partially visible. I usually keep changing his appearance so he doesn’t have a fully defined look, allowing everyone to project themselves onto him. Prsonally I tend to prefer something more generic, like long black hair.
For now, I like it this way, these profiles and off-center camera shots. Keep letting me know what you think!
