I had v1.0 in jap. Haven't seen any difference from scenes nor sex animations, save from the finale, where 1.0 had more content and was overall much better.

Linear story with an ending that is....well, let's say it will melt the hearts of a few emotional people.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend it if the tags and overview piqued your interest.
