This game is kind of bad for a number of reasons, the obvious being the mtl is kind of nonsensical when it comes to describing any game play elements. It's surprisingly understandable when it comes to H scenes, there's still a lot of guessing at context but nothing too bad. But this falls apart when it comes to describing game mechanics and for some reason even guessing the context does not help at all for a large amount of explanations.
Another large weakness is that the mini games you have to play to progress require something that I consider a cardinal sin for h-games: Using both hands during H scenes. The mini games are h-scenes in themselves and require you to simultaneously use your mouse to essentially strum notes on a guitar neck. While simultaneously pressing A and S on the key board to catch hearts that fall down in a rhythm game like fashion. I found if you are perfect on clicking time extensions you can complete every minigame with one hand just clicking things and letting the progression hearts randomly fall on you, but it's rough and personally took my full concentration to where I couldn't even look at the h-scenes.
I will give credit, for using unity model assets for ingame CGs the face is actually surprisingly hot, especially those eyes, but body shape on it like all unity kind of falls apart especially when even before the censor the vagina is just a small little line and not detailed in any real fashion.

It's not Unity models. The models are from the original 3D Custom Girl. A super old Japanese game from almost 15 years ago. Was once very popular to make adhoc CGs for low-budget indie H-games. Hyper-cheap and 30 or so CGs can be made in a day or two very easy.
You used to see the models everywhere about ten years ago. Nowadays, most people put in the effort to draw the art themselves, even if they're a bad artist. Like in Forward Ho, an older NTR game that just got a shoddy translation posted on this site. Which does actually have more production value than this. Or they use Koikatsu to fill this same role, which is like 3-10x as expensive depending on how many DLCs you get, but the models look far nicer and have infinite customization thanks to mods.
Looking at this game makes me feel like I've traveled back to 2010.
You never saw them use the latest version of 3D Custom Girl, for some reason. Which has much better looking models. This one doesn't use the latest version either.
There's a small group of indies that still use it. Most of them are low-budget NTRs like this one.
