A rule I have for myself is to not play games when they are very near a 1.0 release as I would rather wait a little bit and then play through an entire story. Hence my decision to not play this game when I discovered it at like v0.982a which I assumed would be very near a full release. Fast forward what is probably over a year every update lists a number that feels further away from 1.0
So should I bite the bullet and play it now or is the game actually just polishing itself up and will release the final chapter soon? Thanks for the help

The main story is done and is fully playable it's mainly side stuff that's being added

Patreon flagged the changelog for "sexually gratifying" content (or something similar, I forget the exact wording). I have edited it to hopefully fit their guidelines (because of course they don't tell you exactly what's wrong, and you have to guess). If everything goes well, it will be back online soon, otherwise I'll post the changelog on my blog and spare myself the headache.
Do you mean training in Rahib with the twins, or is there something else I am forgetting right now? If it's dance training with the twins, once you buy the new house in Rahib you get some more scenes with them, but eventually training just repeats, yes.
Edit: I might add a special show where the three girls dance together, but that's about it.

If you go to the Imperial Offices in Rahib (the first building you meet in Rahib), there is a blonde girl inside who mentions it. It's fairly expensive (30000 G). After you get the house, if you talk to the twins (Sole and Luna) they'll organize a party to celebrate, and things go from there). There are a few scenes, although eventually you get the training to repeat, yes.
You can revisit Highrock (yes, it's the place with the "special" festival). If you go East from Rahib, then slightly south without taking Cornelius Pass, there is a mountain path. Following the path leads back to Highrock (you can visit this area before the quest, but you won't venture up the mountains until you know of Highrock). At least 1 day must have passed from when you completed the quest.
No new tattoos at this point, it's been a while since I have done anything with those.
Your breast and butt do change visually when the bust is used, including in the mirrors (although breasts change visually only every other cup size, to keep the art requirements manageable).
Breasts also max out at F+ which IIRC can only be reached by getting trapped by the hucow farm (getting trapped in the Farm is a Game Over, obviously).
