can't for the love of god find the fucking fourth book. Where is it?
3 were downstairs on the floor, one halfway up one of the staircases, I think the one on the right.
All of these development cycles for unreal engine games are exactly the same. Pump out a concept, grab some assets, take some bone animations for sex scenes from a publicly available library, slap it into your game so it works. Realize its much harder to actually fully design the game, cut back content release, switch to bringing in all the basic features every other unreal engine adult game has. Then remaster all your old stuff after you've figured things out. While still not designing a decent game that includes a well-placed/paced adult entertainment section that works with your game design and isn't an add-on to it.
Oh also "Update to UE5".
Really just need one of these guys to just setup a github library that all these devs can fork from to get their games up to basic feature parity, then start designing their games.

Welp, I'm not often one to complain (its free) but blah:
- Girl got bustier (not my preference), so I'm basically out to begin with.
- Ghost frontier got pretty flowers, but has no content.
- I know it was barely playable before, but I kinda enjoyed it. You die if you miss any water or food, unkillable monster can suddenly show up, you spend nights in the company of some very kind gentlemen to restore mental.
- Instead, resources will respawn in front of your face after ~10 seconds, there doesn't seem to be a day-night cycle, and I didn't find any points of interest.
- Scene viewer is now useless, I can't see anything. Fixed view point, and it jumps around wildly, which is nauseating. It must be the new "360 camera", but I don't see a way to turn it off. They had the standard 3d camera stuff implemented, and then they introduce this terrible thing.

. Downloading issues? Look here.NGL when I see the 'upgraded to UE5' notes I feel very let down, as I can just imagine a lot of content got slagged for that. Feels like a cop out, an easy way to make the game look prettier. Look at FF Remake, didn't they make that on UE4? It looks excellent. Why? Because the team learned how to properly harness UE4. The devs even said they're not interested in going to UE5 for the last part of the remake series because of how much experience they got with UE4 already.

Doesn't work with 0.8A cheat engine table for the v0.7 version here. Not much, not sure whether there was a soft lock for me, but there's basically no gameplay in this one as doors and stuff after the brothel aren't functional in this release. Let me know if I'm mistaken, I'll explore the game more then (you can't even buy costumes lol, so no money cheat so far).

Also, while reverse-engineering the game, I noticed a dire mistake the devs have made that exposes them, but I won't incite any harmful actions and hope they notice that themselves.
The camera shake when sprinting was giving me headaches, there needs to be an option to disable that, and it should be off by default.
I honestly still prefer the original model (or the one up to v.4) they presented over all these changes, the new hair is ok, but I'd still rather they update the visuals on the original one. I also prefer the older sharper face compared to this newer more disney-like one with puffier lips and nose. I feel there's a huge contrast between the dark eerie world and this disney princess face. But if this is the direction they want to take their artstyle I understand.
I didn't bother doing the 4 books quest for the 20th time so I just went directly to the jail. Checkpoints would be really nice so we don't have to replay that whole sequence every single time, most of these quests have been here since like v0.2.
The sex animations got a lot better, like, way better. Very nice.
I'd like a brief dialogue with the jail npcs (the savages) before going straight to sex, like maybe 1 small paragraph that eases you into it rather than clicking and getting sex instantly.
As a random idea you could split the single savages into dominant and submissive to define which sex positions you get, but maybe it could get annoying gameplay wise. Although maybe that's already the plan for that one savage whose cell you can't enter without a key.
The cum button doesn't work? And that speed slider is buggy in general. The camera is completely fucked and it resets back to the starting point after one click.
The ghost frontier looks very good visually, but I ran around a bit, didn't find anything, then went back to the main road where I let that monster thing kill me and nothing happened other than being sent back to the menu. Are defeat sex animations planned? And maybe respawn us at the base of the frontier rather than sending us back to the menu.
I think overall it's a huge improvement over 0.7, hope no more "reworks/upgrades" happen and you guys just focus on developing what you have.

4th book is on the stairs to 2nd floor of the library also pls add more fetch quests we love fetch quests more of em pls in fact pls replace sex with fetch quests perhaps
So some of the stuff that needed to be updated got updated, but what about being able to buy clothes from the shop and actually being able to equip them? What about going into missions and stuff not bugging out the whole time? Also, why is there a hunger and thirst meter now? That really should be removed as I highly doubt anyone asked for such a thing. The camera during scenes is buggy as it resets when you try to change the angle manually, also I love how the toes of the characters are still insanely ugly. There's also missing sounds in the game that make awkward silent moments. Then there's the game crashing randomly, and before anyone says anything, I'm able to run more demanding games completely fine without issue.

You know, a lot of developers believes that a newer engine will instantly solve all their problems...but it's usually the other way around.
That's exactly what we're talking about here. ...engine switch.. everything will need to be redone and repaired.
By the way, the hunger and thirst meter already existed before. But yeah..It's just annoying.
Hard to say..0.5 was the last UE4 build with full content, 0.6 have some extra content, but a lot of things are bugged and Ghost Frontier is completely disabled. 0.7 and 0.8.. you see..

Don't get why they got rid of the blonde chick for a new character. That chick was hot. This new one? Not so much. Also pretty annoying they're doing the ''basic'' version and ''premium'' version crap.
