Are you on Win 7? Some RPG maker games can't be played on Win 7 because the ns.jw is not compatible.

I only play this new version for about 1 hour but it seem to me that the UI have been translated. At least the menu, the description of skill, passive, equipment, enemy and the opening translation is completed.
Individual party levels and Exploration level are 2 different things. When you start your exploration the starting "zone" level is determined by the skills of your party ( explorer loli , wolf sniper and rust cowtits come to mind , they all have skills increasing the exploration level ) the important thing for quests is the exploration level not your chara level.sad.

UI is translated, but it's a mess when you look into 1/Hidden Stat. Is there a way to edit the font size, so that you can see everything in it?
Some are not translated tho, like the one in key item (Anomaly Report), Hidden Stat and crafting.
