Since you weren't specific and there s only 1 girl in the second image I assume you're referring to Kara, the 'red head'?
no they're the same person...hard to make a 'tiger change her stripes.
If you're referring to the guy, I note that his hair is a different color as well...and slightly longer.
In both cases (since I did not change either image from the original) the major differences in appearance can be attributed to the extremely different lighting in the shower between the two. Also, in the one where Kara's hair is very red, I'd put it to her not having gotten it wet yet. Of the two girls kissing, Rachel is on the left and is a redhead also, but her hair gets dark when wet as you see it in that one shot. So the guy's hair being darker is also partially due to wet change.
Basically the same model for each person was used throughout the game.
