There is that computer screen on the ground level that has a pattern for the buttons you need to press to activate the anti-grav chamber. The out-of-order thing is an unfinished/unimplemented thing as far as I am aware.

camera is spinning non-stop for me.
edit: connected a controler, it stoped spinning. disconecting the controler after is fine also.
