This game has the potential to be Great. But i fear he is falling into the normal dev spiral we see to much. There are already tons of characters in the game that need to be fleshed out. Spending time adding more and more each update and waiting to do the story for all of them is how you drive yourself and your game into the ground. Hopefully he takes the extra time for 3.5 and puts in even more story progress then he had planned.
That's the only real problem I have with the game. He's got the setting/play area set up just fine, but I feel Vaultman is spreading himself WAY WAY WAY too thin in trying to update all these characters at once! Personally, instead of these almost daily tinkering updates I would be just fine with 1 big update at the end of the month AND we would get 1 character completely finished! That way each month would be like a new issue of the game with a new quest instead of making old players go back and repeat everything hoping to find something new for that character.
I got the latest update running despite my asshole virus program and "PC safety features" trying to knock out a file I just downloaded and it looks like Frankie and Gwen are pretty much 100% complete. For the sake of argument, if Frankie was chapter 1, and Gwen was chapter 2, then I think Vaultman should pick 1 of the other current girls and that is the one he should devote his development time to. If the old saves don't work anymore, then veteran players could just focus on the new girl since they have already seen the old content and wouldn't have to waste time farting around for 3 hours!
Have a news bulletin with the update and announce the new quest as Francine, or Raven or Maddie or whatever.
(Rant over)
