Had 50 Stats, 5 Inteligence (the thermostat is nothing to be thrown out with, just frankie without blankets at night).
Everything (unlockables) in the game seems to have a element of RNG (Random number generator), as i unlocked new stuff with different stats on two separated playthroughs, Velma appearance is the most notable. Clover at 5:00PM is consistent thought.

I didn't have any issues, maybe try running it as admin, and make sure your AV isn't interfering with it at all.
Also I uploaded v0.2.2 so try that as it fixed a lot of the bugs and issues
