That's a Sadie scene at the shops.

IIRC you need to be on Sadie Romance Path. You obviously don't get it on a friends path, and from memory, I'm pretty sure you don't get it on FWB path either.

The thought behind that action is that, normally, an introvert wouldn't make the first step into kissing someone on the first night they met (at least not in my point of view). That's why you gain introvert/extrovert points based on that action, if he has the balls to make a move on her right away that means he's on the extroverted side, he can get out of his comfort zone easier than the introverted MC.

If that's true then why are we gaining a Francesca point for choosing extrovert, if she’d rather an introvert?

That's a Tiffany scene, from memory it's not difficult to get, just be on Tiff path and click yes to give her a call after leaving the club.
