I have not seen this anywhere here, but I might have overlooked it here, brecause it seems kinda obvious:

Did anyone try to use ResonseModifier for the quest version by setting up the Quest to use the PC as proxy?

ResponseModifier clearly is a SSL MitM proxy which passes all other traffic and intercepts only the key exchange with the patreon servers.

So. If the proxy port that ResposneModifier exposes is reachable from the outside, It's quite possible that it could work. If the port is not reachable you'd simply have to set up another proxy that routes traffic from an external interface to and from localhost...

It would be nice if the ResponseModifier Developer could compile a new version with fiddlerCore configured to listen on external interfaces, too.

routing traffic from external ip to local host is a pain in the butt...

I still dont see why it shouldn't work for the quest version. You'd only have to temprarily set the http_proxy on the quest via remote ADB commands... (which can be done via SideQuest...)
