Mechanics and fleshing-out side stories pretty much sum it up. Current update may feel short for some, but there will be more content updates forthcoming.

OK, so I love all kinds of gross kinky stuff, but I don't like BBW's and Cara just keeps getting bigger. Is there any way to stop her from getting bigger? It's a crazy fun story except that (for me). I'm not trying to push my views on other people just want to know if there's a way I can make her smaller again.

The interrogation is a hot mess. I deleted the game. This "was" one of my favorite games before this mess. It's Pathetic.

Yeah, I see what you mean here. There was a point where I thought that perhaps Cara's size/weight gain was a tad too over-emphasized for my liking, and I thought that if the game were to keep Cara's size/weight gain to a more modest amount, it would be more palatable for me from a gameplay POV.
However, at the end of the day, CIC is a "vore" centric game, so it is understandable why the dev wanted to emphasize that point more evidently during the gameplay. Although, granted I can see your point on it being a bit of a turn-off for some. My stance is neutral, personally speaking. If there was an option/future route to have Cara more "toned" a bit, by all means, I would not be against such a notion.
bad mechanics, puzzle game part if not working or just loops or is boring. Images for side stories not working. Basically, a broken mess

You would need to download a separate app for that, yeah. It's very easy to find (just do a forum wide search for "gallery unlocker" on here) and just as easy to use. It can cause some weird issues though, like missing or corrupted images, so I would recommend copying your game folder before using the unlocker, and then using the unlocker only in the copied folder. That way, your original folder remains intact and uncorrupted.
Oh, and don't worry about having to keep the copied folder; you can just delete that one after you have unlocked every scene in the gallery. (It might also be worth noting that you may need to actually "play through" each scene individually, at least for CIC, in order to keep the scenes permanently unlocked. That may be what causes the aforementioned errors, which is why I recommend copying the game's folder first.)

The game is so broken right now i cant even play it, all images are missing and it even deleted my saves, wtf.
I searched the data and there was no "strange device", but I found "certificate, strap-on, diary and earpiece". Although I did find the device in the attic, the interrogation interface did not show the item.
