WARNING: The launcher has been updated! This update is required and the old launcher will not work. This update comes with three major changes:
- The launcher will no longer replace saves.
- For now the launcher will only open the game install location, you must run - Carnal_Instinct.exe not Carnal_Instinct_ARPG.exe
- The launcher now has the option to reset your Patreon Logon information and reload via the menu

Hey all,
It's time for the second update of the month and it's a big, gameplay-heavy one this time around. In addition to gaining access to the first humans available in Sabu, there's a host of new cosmetics, massive gameplay changes, and "quality of life" improvements large and small.
So no more beating about the bush - our lovely ladies can now sport
human heads (female) in a range of skin tones. For now this is still done via the equipment-slot system, though we're well into development on more player customisation and fine-tuning, so soon this will be handled differently.
We love to get our supporters involved with development, and this month was no different. Thanks to all those that voted, players can now show the world that they've lain with a Centaur without using their words; our (last minute) vote-winning "
leaking creampie" skin is the messy new exclusive content. It's available in a range of tones to pair with the new head cosmetics and features a well-glazed posterior as well as some generous thigh-splatter.
Need more manhood options? We've got you covered. The pulsating, powerful
Naga member is now available for those who want a python in their pants. If you prefer more mammalian junk then fear not; we've added two alternate variants of the Equine manhood for your lovers to ride (
Plough Horse &
Shadow Stallion).
Quest-wise, players can finally complete the second half of
Diamond in the Rough and face off against the mysterious
Tomb Guardian (
Felian included for scale) in the
Chamber of Q'Tesh. As usual the world has again expanded and we've upgraded the detail throughout, with the rocks and foliage now sporting a much greater level of visual fidelity with no loss of performance.
Our second Naga,
Toses, is now ready for action too - talk with Djeda if you'd like to spend some time with her. ***
As of this version Toses sex scene is suspended due to a serious bug, it'll be re-enabled via hotfix in the next day or so (though she has other voiced-content to be discovered by those of a curious disposition).***
So at last we come to our more miscellaneous changes, of which there are many. The improvements range from the new pause menu and additional camera-angles during dialogue to new foot-IK during combat, better grounding the player and improving the look of animations. "Quality of life" changes include better quest-tracking, such as "Follow up Quest" prompts, and weapon switching key-binds (1 and 2 on your keyboard).
We're moving forward at pace now, and the game is starting to really take shape. Thank you so much for your continued support and for helping to make Carnal Instinct a reality. This was a gameplay-heavy update but there's much more R-rated content coming soon.
