A very decent project for a 0.0.1 version. Nice combat system, good feeling from character control, pretty nice environment (reminded me of Risen). There are a lot of sex animations, although I would recommend to improve some of them before adding them to the game. :)
I like that the author pays attention to details. The fact that the cum is washed off the character's body when she enters the water is a big plus.

I'm perfectly happy to see customisation on that front. There's a lot more variety to female genitalia than what's usually depicted in porn.

The exact customisation shown in that picture seems, um.......exaggerated, though.

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Right now i working on stablish a solid foundation for the game, implementing core mechanics, making a game loop that seems enjoable to play, before polishing the visuals. If you guys have any suggestions or things that can improve feel free to reach me out.

The options menu has well moved beyond v 0.0.1, the rest of the game mostly is that early version. On the old TotalBiscuit rating, that's a good start. GL HF with making the rest of the game, Sensuverse.

I would say this is a very decent game for 0.0.1. It works great on my machine in 2K Ultra, has no major bugs and has an actual gameplay. You can see that the dev actually put some effort here - it has non-default user interface, some working customization, sex animations where at least genitalia are aligned, some meele fighting with different weapons, even "finish them" animations. I've seen on this site 0.0.1 games being much worse. Good job dev, keep up the good work.
