Who told you that was the selling point of this game? My games aren't porn games, they're adult games. This means that it focuses more on story and less sex.

you need to progress the story with every character. check diarys. after that it should unlock it.
Mom Sis sex are not repeatable. as for bakery woman you have to max out her point by taking her out on dates after that you can have sex with her and its repeatable.
you need to pick the correct option for her to have fun at the date other wise its useless if you pick wrong option. just pick a option and if it doesn't says that she is having fun then roll back and pick another untill you picked the 1 that says she is having fun during the date. And repeat this till she full point you can see the meter on the top left.
well she doesn't have any real story beside helping her with the store and dating her and having sex with her. if you want to have sex with her all you have to do is pick correct option on her date till the meter on top left corner is filled up and that should trigger the scene where you and her go to her house.
