Story is great so far nothing to complain in that front but something that i want and i think people will agree is more sex poses and a way to repaet or to have sex with someone other character like Susan we had sex that one time and no way to have sex after that.

Unfortunately it's set in code to make it stay full screen unless you press F

So just started playing it and I see this short cutscene with the mc standing beside a pink clothed woman and he looks like a complete midget. Like 4'11" type of short, is this actually a thing in the game?

These kinds of size differences are massive turnoffs for me ngl. Reminds me of those games with shota mc's, really not my thing.

Thats actually the MC but only for a few early scene's then he has plastic surgery and limb extension surgery.
Which turns him into a better looking normal height MC.

Some more extreme content, like rape, you know like with Alexander's mother, more positions, more captives and some drug induced sex on captives, maybe even gangbang punishments on women to improve morale among men(adds a buff), sex positions that are maledom like wheelbarrow, carry fuck and prone bone. Sexier lingerie for women and some makeup.

Whenever I did this mission from barber to save children and send vehicles, it will return me to main menu. I think this is a bug IndianaTK
