So for the high table content, you need to do the main quests, go to your main quest section(the book on table )

Hmm, this means that you missed a mission somewhere

Check:
- Sophia's room to see if she has any missions
- Lila's
- The Arcade
- The Suites

Is there a console command to boost XP rather than having to keep doing the shooting range over and over? Fine when the game is complete, but during development a few boosters would be appreciated.

Try increasing your trust level with her

I probably missed a step or something. I can do nothing new, all I have is that 'I should visit Elena'. Trust level at 130 now, no options for Elena, just Spend time with her or going to her place.
