Well, at least he knows doubly as well where to find the answers, lol.
Didn't just see your comment due to an awkward page partition.
It's impossible for me not to feel some sort of joy when playing this. It really takes me back years ago, when i first played this.

Use the arrow keys to highlight "Cancel" and press (Enter, Z, or X I forget which). After that stand in front of the door and press (Enter, Z, or X I forget which).
Doubtful, they are probably just new to the controls or are having a keyboard issue.No offense, but this almost seems like a troll post...

I did, for nothing to change. I even put new batteries to no avail.

They all work unless you changed the controls.
It's up arrow by default.
Also the game says the input for interactions when standing next to an interactable.
Close the game and go back to the main menu.
Check settings/options and look what your keybinds are.

What device are you playing on? If you are playing on a Windows handheld such as one of the GPD WIN models, there is a switch to toggle the controls between PC and game mode.
You can also try using AntiMicro which is what I have been using to remap keys on Windows:

The game is in full screen, but I have two yellow bars on the sides of the screen that weren’t there before the update. (it's only happen with this game)

There is subtle foreshadowing if you keep hovering over the chapel level as the hearts glitch out showing the real difficulty.

Interesting observation, I'll have to look closer at that the next time I load up the game.

Heya, in the secret area of the first stage during the chase, there is a second door after the EXIT labled one that i cant hopen. Is there a way to open that one?
Question, does anybody have the animations for the H scenes for the final boss in the Sciencr Lab. the ones with the VR headsets/ hypno headsets?
