Doubt we'll see much of MCs family, but could be wrong. Concentrating on the characters that are already there would be the smart choice, considering we already have the group sex branch, many combinations of main LIs, lesbian/bi/straight paths, etc.

I personally hope we'll get a group scene with the boys, MC, Haruka and Luna. Connor has one more deflowering to do.
But since this game was only an afterthought for many months now, we are lucky to get anything at all.

In a chat with the developer, I suggested that Luna's brother could become a love interest. He thought I meant pairing him with Luna. I quickly stated no, not with Luna, but with the MC. I suggested having him be one of the customers when Rita and Violet go to the strip club. But that scene had already been written. And he was adamant that there would not be any incest in CD. (He was not going to risk losing his Patreon account or getting banned on this site, his main sources of income and followers.)

That was for the bigots at Patreon alone, to be banned from F95 for content reasons you have to include some pretty "out there" stuff! On F95 incest content is nothing to worry about.

I downloaded .20 for Mac and then added the JokerMod folder in my Game folder, but I don't see the Joker Mod Options when I opened my game. What should I do?

well there is little what some pervs here don't want. there is game (not played and not gonna either) where girls are def. wayyyyyyyyyyyy too young.

You mean in "CasualDesires/Contents/Resources/autorun/game"? It's where it should go otherwise it'll be ignored.

To be fair, even that depends. Sometimes it's allowed even with a full "this has been reviewed and allowed. Don't say anything about or (German accent) "YOU ARE BANNED 4 EVAH!" Only a later admin changes and removes (without anything changing.)

Just not put it inside. Some files have to be overwritten.

Still doesn't-Merge on Mac looks the same as I had and Replace just gives me a game folder that looks like this:

I have always had issues with merging on Mac. Yes, Mac has a merge, but it acts more like a replace. I have been having less and less luck getting mods to work on my Mac. When I see installation instructions only discussing Windows install, use the same method you used above. But that method is having less and less success.

Because I am not a coder or programmer, take what I say with a grain of salt, Apple and MS seem to have different ideas what merge means. Merging on my Mac in the game folder rarely works for me anymore. Just another thing to love about Apple software.
