they should add an uncensored option, I don't see myself playing this game with that covering everything up. This looks promising

I would say the dev should add an option/code that disables the censorship when the game is complete, but wouldn't that make a ton of the written scenes not make any sense? Perhaps it could be reflected in the writing that Sam's chip was defective if you use the option/code and the visual aspect of it didn't work, but that sounds like a *lot* of re-writing. Definitely something I don't see the dev wanting to do after completing the project.
