Yea that would be possible, the woman can always go back to normal censorship or even choose heavier than default censorship for betas.
I was thinking on making it so the MC notices Susan being censored again, while watching the website that Sloane told the MC about. Although it might be awhile until I make that scene, 0.3 only has new content for Sarah and 0.4 is too early to know if I will have extra time yet.

From the poll votes it doesn't seem like my supporters are purely into NTR, I mean Sarah won 0.3 poll with way more votes than second place. Even right now a character that isn't planned to have NTR (Siobhan) is leading the 0.5 poll.
I understand the concern though, but I feel like 0.3 kind of already proves that I will stick to what I feel like the character should be.
