Can someone tell me what the part "retrieve the materials for repair" is telling me to get? This is for the house's core. I already have the Pure Etheria but I have no idea what that first part is telling me to go and acquire.

Apparently i found the solution
This Quest priority need to be clicked so i can finally trigger sheila and taile event.

How da heck do you get that girl with chains and wings in quests? I check quests and it says main story will resume, keep exploring for new content. Yet I have absolutely no idea if that means i've completed current content or that I need to come across a new event...like I don't think i've ever seen her before

Still though like I can't get that image, how do you get it? Currently my latest completed quest is "Go to dusk to get answers from Nyx". Is there anything else after?
