I'm so slow at reading Chaos;Head. I like the setting and the story but Takumi's personality is a lot to take in, so I have to take breaks frequently.

And yes, the game is super violent and also has some really risque stuff where ladybits are conveniently covered. Assuming that is what it means by censored. Either way, no direct porn here. There was an (official) patch that stripped all the characters down to their undies, but that was sports illustrated levels of degeneracy.

It's such a shame that this gets so stupid, the beginning is so tense and enthralling and the gimmick is cool.

Also anyone asking about Chaos;Head Noah, from what I've read a fan translation is apparently in the works, but won't be finished til later this year at least, so this will have to do in the meantime.

just opened and ran it, doesn't have the Noah menu screen or the Noah Intro, in the Noah version it's called "Chaos;Head Noah".
if someone would upload or point us in the direction of where we might find the Noah version that would be great.
regardless, i'm happy that at least one version of the game was uploaded, as i own the Sequel on steam and i wanted to start with the first game, just so i could play the Steins;Gate crossover game without feeling lost.

Sadly there is no Noah version on PC except the one being translated by commitee of zero which isn't released yet.
There actually was a Chinese port to PC which then was patched with the (original) Japanese assets, so there is a Japanese (and Chinese) version of NoAH for PC at the least, somewhere around...
But yeah the English version is being worked on by CoZ -has been worked on for years, supposedly-, and even though I'm optimistic, most say it will come out when Half-Life 3 does.

It doesn't really matter, however there is a connection between the two games, and some things you will understand better after playing in order.
The first game is Chaos;Head, and the second game is Chaos;Child.

I think now its more probable that we end up getting Chaos Head Elite first, however the next elite version to be translated are both Robotic Notes and Steins Gate 0 so it remains to be seen, but we were told that eventually a translated version of Chaos Head Noah would come to exist.

Im actually a bit confused, does this game have some sort of hidden patch I do not know about?, cuz every female character Takumi talks to is in their bra and panties for some reason, I thought it might have been the case if I chose the good delusions but now I dont know

I'm pretty sure you're talking about the underwear patch which can be disabled from the settings.
