You might be changing you locale reigion which is incorrect. you need to change format. my locale reigon is japan not sure if that would make a difference.
It is in the control panel, date and time then change format now admin changes.

In Chapter 1 You must refuse the offer, you then get the game over cg which is last one in ch1 gallery

I Have all the cg's in gallery i just couldn't unlock them myself and I am just curious as to what route or choice would theoretically unlock them. I can understand that to unlock number 2 and 3(as in image attached) you need to go to an ending which would make you choose one of the girls, thus you can't hav sex with eve. Thus i could get the cg for both of them but the individual ones didn't unlock in the gallery. Is it it a bug or muste you use a different approach.

The 1 cg i have no idea to get. Is someone could shed some light on this, it would be appreciated.

Not sure if anynone would be interested but just because i have it i will share my saves of which I tried to make step by step with all possible decisions. The Last saves which look identical are not. One is the true ending, frst one, the Other is the continue ending.

You probably shared pun with the janitor or eve with the workers, the other endings need you to not "gangbang" with anyone to unlock
